Morrow County is a political sub-division of the State of Oregon with statutory responsibilities and authorities as defined in Oregon Revised Statutes 3??.?? to 3??.??. Consistent with those responsibilities and authorities, the Morrow County Court has directed the creation of a comprehensive emergency response plan to address specific, identified hazards and the establishment of standardized procedures and facilities to allow a rapid, effective response to unidentified hazards.
